Vintage 1920 Velvet fringe flapper dress diamond waist accents w slip liner lace

Beautiful and unusual original 1920's Flapper Dress. Fringe 16-17 inches in length; velvet under fringe is scalloped to match the design at waist. Fringe is in a diamond shape design at waist and below. Slip liner is cream and feels like silk. Attached to dress and has two snaps which need to be sewn back; edged in lace and shirt length. Condition: for an almost 100 year old dress it is in good vintage condition; items to note. Velvet has sheen typical of age but there are no holes. Underarm - right - needs to be resewn at seams (see last pic). Buttons at cuffs are velvet covered There are seven (7) at each cuff but the right side is missing one (not noticeable). Material is old; wear with care or dress would be best for show/display. Length: 43 inches to bottom of fringe (39/41 scalloped velvet under fringe). Shoulder to shoulder: 14 in.
