Vtg 1929 MCCALL Printed Sewing Pattern 5956 Dress Slip Princess Lingerie Sz 14 Flapper Gatsby Chemise. Up for sale is this rare sewing pattern, by The McCall Company in 1929. This ladies and misses Princess Slips can be customized with two different necklines, shoulder strap lengths, and scalloped or strait hem variations.
Pattern is identified as a size 14. Measurements are printed on the pattern envelope as follows: bust - 32", hip - 35". You will receive the pattern, envelope, and instructions as shown. The envelope measures approximately 6½ x 5¼. Looks to be in good condition for its age.
There are small nicks, tears, and discolorations on the packet, but the colors are still crisp, and the art is beautiful! Pieces have been cut out, and all pieces of the pattern are present.
Some pieces have tears or have a place torn in two, but all parts are present. Instructions are also complete, and present. Please see photos for condition details.
