The primary color is Bridal WHITE to offWhite. Disclosure: #1 Label is missing.

#2 Very Small mark on right strap. Otherwise, this lingerie garment is in healthy, wonderful Vintage Condition! The look and feel of the LACE suggests this slip is made by Vanity Fair in the USA.

But the label is gone, so this is my best guestimate based on experience. This Slip best fits a Size SMALL frame. Bust fits 34 to 36 inches. SIDE SEAM (under arm to end of hem) is 32 inches. Left Zipper is 11 inches Long. Waist is about 28 inches. Top Bodice Back, measured from center to the waist seam, is 8 inches Long.

Slip is about 36 inches Long WITHOUT Straps (measured where bodice pointy bust lace meets strap). With Straps, Slip is about 40 inches Long.
