I bought this beautiful Betsey Johnson cowl neck slip dress at her store in Chicago back in 1998. I feel ancient writing that. It has a subtle repeating pattern of black rhinestones for some shimmer. I wore it once and other than that it's been packed away all these years.

Would be perfect for prom or other formal occasions. Smoke free, pet free home. Doesn't have any smell. MEASUREMENTS (lying flat, in inches).
