1930s Vintage Sheer Cotton Embroidered Garden Tea Dress. It also has pink fabric appliqued on, and openwork.
Comes with a cotton slip with a lace bottom and crocheted top. The dress has a number of small brown stains, most of which are on the back lower part. The cotton underdress or slip has big brownish-yellow discoloration areas (front & back) that will almost certainly come out or at least lighten up quite a bit (white cotton usually cleans up pretty well, in my experience). There is also a small hole just below the crocheting that needs repair or patching. Measurements for the dress: Armpit to armpit, 19.5"; Waist, (or where the gathered part of the skirt attaches)18"; Center-back to hem, 41.
