Beautiful, gorgeous cotton fabric in an incredibly full skirt with an attached net crinoline petticoat underneath! The dress is backless, with a lovely bow in back at the waist. I cannot tell you how gorgeous this dress is - white, pink, blue delicate print. SIze on label: UK 16 / USA 12 - these are vintage sizes but the dress is a good size, not too tiny like many vintage dresses.
