Beautiful vintage black flounce dress with lace accents. Stomach area is slightly sheer and the chest is lace with no lining. Measurements: underarm to underarm approximately 34", waist approximately 16.5, top hip area where lace is 18" across and lower hip area free, length from top of strap to hem 34. Many items new with tags other very gently worn some from my own collection.
