Vintage 1940's 3 piece blue party dress, evening dress. Bolero style jacket with velvet ribbons. The dress itself has 2 layers of tulle. There is a matching, bias cut rayon taffeta full slip that could very easily be worn alone. The jacket has a couple of tears in the lace, see photo, and the top layer of the tulle has a few small tears, see photo.
