Hello and welcome to the Textile Trunk! A fascinating piece - just incredible! This is a woman's wool undershirt, dating to the 1920s! It has amazing glass buttons and wonderful white detail stitching. The most interesting part is the cutouts at the underarm - presumably for letting off heat so you don't get too hot in your wonderful wool undershirt!

Charming to hang in any vintage interior, or wonderful for wear!! MEASUREMENTS : This charming textile measures approximately. This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition. There is a subtle hand mend near one of the armpits, ad some slight wear on the textile, but overall lovely condition with signs of time and use often inherent in these wonderful textiles!
