Vintage Girls Confirmation 1st Communion Dress Veil Slip Lace Tulle Handmade
Wonderful Girl's 1st Communion or Confirmation Dress! Beautiful dress is adorned with lace, has a sheer bodice, comes with a satin slip and tulle veil. It appears to be handmade, no tags or any indication of the size. The dress shows some signs of wear but I see no stains or tears.
The slip shows wear and looks like it was repaired on the the right hand side. The slip is mis-shapen, see the pictures. The veil is in good shape, slight soiling on the head band, and there are 3 small holes in the tulle veil, as shown in the photos. The neck opening is 5" wide, width is 14" from armpit to armpit.
Length is 26 from the neck opening. The width at the waist is approximately 13 1/2. The tie in the back has a satin streamer on one tie, but not the other. But, there are no rips or does not appear that there ever was one on the other tie.
