Vintage, Jo A Lyn dress, 60s Flapper, Tiered Slip Fringe Dress. From under the arm, it measures 26 long.. Not including the length of the bottom tier of fringe. The straps are 9 long, which means a tight fit. Measuring around the middle of the bust on the mannequin is 35 MAX.

The top fits me and I normally fit size 4/6. About a 34B cup without a bra on. Top is meant to be a little tight. Hips area is approx 34 and fits loose from there downward.
