Ruffled neckline and front, puffy sleeves, tiered lower edge, with large gathered hemline edge with ruffled edge.
Freshly washed and gently pressed. Fully lined bodice and lined lower hen area (see photos). Back underarm seam to underarm seam is 15 inches. 54 inches from back neckline to hem.
