Vintage 1940s pale sheer yellow chiffon gown. This has short puffed sleeves, an over-sized collar, a cinched waist with half belt that ties in the back, and a long bias-cut skirt with contrasting bands of stiff horsehair ribbon trim that gives it a flowing, whimsical volume.
