This fabric is amazing it has men and women depicted in old fashion garments, a carriage with a horse, two people riding a horse, and a wheelbarrow with a man standing in back of it. By todays measuring standards this is a womans size 4. The bust measures 34 inches, The waist measures 27 inches, and the hips are 40+ inches wide.

This dress is in excellent condition for the age, I consider it near mint. The fabric is clean and soft without any staining. All of the seams are intact. The bodice is long waisted, it comes to a lovely point near the belly button.

The shoulders of this dress are held together with a braided bright pink twine. The belt is a matching pink nylon and fits perfectly through the belt loops. I think all of it is interchangeable if you dont like the pink. You could use satin ribbons or any other type of fabric. The skirt is slightly pleated and extremely full of volume, there is a criminal in Skirt attached to the front and both sides, I only steamed part of it for photographed purposes.

It could add additional volume with full steaming. I consider this dress an excellent to near mint condition.
