It is light weight and does have an acetate lining. The back has a lovey V- shape that doesn't plunge too far. The front has a geometric arrangement of rhinestones at the neck. The skirt is flowy toward the bottom and has a bit of a mermaid flare. I cannot see any flaws or stains.
