Vintage Martha's Miniatures Girl Dress Slip Petti-coat: Adjustable straps, 2-ruffled layers, elastic at sides, about 20 long as shown on dress form. Sandy's Girls Dress: Buttons up back, Lots of ruffles and lace, 2 layers , Big collar, elastic at waist, sash is removable, spot on lace as shown in pic. Part of a larger inventory of 60's-70's little girl party pageant dresses from one very old southern estate.. DRESS Measurements: flat across chest arm pit to arm pit 12", waist area flat across 9" not stretched 10" stretched, flat across shoulders 10" and 22 long.
