Pretty Lace details on bust area shoulder straps are not adjustable semi sheer nylon Pre-owned vintage condition. See pics, there were a couple holes in the lace part, but I patched them up, and you can't really tell anymore. See pictures for details Approx. Item might need a pressing before wear. Measuring I measure items while laying flat, or length of dress, hung from hanger. Bust/Chest All the around the bust/chest area right under the arm seams, so side to side X's 2. Shoulder across seam to seam. Waist All the way around waist.
Hips about 7" to 9" below waist. Sleeves from the top at seam to cuff. Length items that have a standard collar from seam to bottom hem item with scoop/lower back I then measure from center shoulder to bottom hem Strapless dresses & skirts, down side from top to bottom hem Inseam from center crotch seam down to bottom hem.
