Original owner indicated to me that it was from the 1930s. Vintage Size 13-14 (may be smaller, based on today's sizing).

Chiffon on the drop waist and bow. The sheath underneath is cut on the bias, which hugs the body in such a sexy way. The straps on the sheath have been shortened, but were not cut off, so you could lengthen them again with very little effort. I absolutely LOVE how the chiffon drapes and sways when you walk.

There are a few minor snags in the chiffon on the skirt - I've provided a picture. The only tags inside are the size tag that reads 13-14. Measurements (lying flat and not doubled).
