VTG UNEEDA Bride Doll Brunette Bob Ornate Lace Embroidery Dress Slip Veil Pearls
Featured here is an exquisite vintage Uneeda Fashion Bride doll. She has a sweet short brunette rooted modern bob, blue open and close eyes, and long full lashes, dark peach lips and rosy cheeks. She has excellent body color, with no fading.
THe outfit is also in excellent condition -- with no fading, no rips, tears or stains. She has been kept as part of my personal collection in a darkened doll room in a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE home. THis doll is dressed in one of the most beautiful vintage bridal dresses I have seen -- with an embroidered lace dress with large fabric flowers attached to the skirt that match the flowers on her bridal cap veil.
The dress and veil are both adorned with long lovely satin ivory ribbons, tied in loopy beautiful bows. The bodice of the dress features the net overlay and rosettes at each shoulder. The slip beneath the dress is a light lovely peach pink and has the similar embroidery motif as the bridal gown.
It is an exquisite set. The bridal cap features large ivory fabric flowers that match those on the skirt perfectly, with a short open net veil -- so popular in the late 1950s. This doll has sateen panties and white vintage strappy high heel sandal shoes. She carries a gorgeous bouquet with vintage forget-me -not flowers and it is also decked with long satin ribbons. NOTE 1: I have added a vintage graduated white pearl necklace and bracelet to match the original white peal stud earrings that came on this doll. The necklace fastens with a simple hook clasp; while the bracelet is elastic and fits snugly to her wrist. NOTE 2: This beautiful vintage UNEEDA Bride doll will also come with the PINK METAL DOLL STAND shown in the photos so that she will be ready for display upon arrival.
